At Fabulous Skincare Studio, I take pride in delivering professional, personalized treatments and high-quality products. Your satisfaction is always a top priority, and I am committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience every time you visit.
Service Refunds

All facial, lash, waxing, and tanning services are performed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Because each service requires time, product use, and expertise, services are non-refundable once they have been completed.
If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will be happy to review your concern and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a service adjustment or follow-up treatment.
Product Refunds
For health and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
Unopened and unused retail products in their original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, when accompanied by a valid receipt.
Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
​Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to other clients and to respect studio time, the following policies apply:

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a required prepayment for future bookings.
